Middle lug and stem
Middle lug and stem for the telescopic front fork assembly, the steering stem casting joining the fork legs to the steering head.
The middle lug and stem is the steering stem casting that sits in the middle of the telescopic front fork assembly, tying the two fork legs together and carrying the steering stem down through the frame's steering head. On these forks it's the structural hub everything else attaches around, so if you're rebuilding a fork assembly this is one of the core pieces to check for wear or damage before you put the rest of the parts back on top of it.

Our catalog record for this one, part number 97-2110 (also listed under the older H2110 form), shows it appearing in front fork figures for T100C, T100R, TR6C, and T120TT variants, all in 1967. If you've got a parts book that lists H2110, that's the same physical piece under the earlier number.
Because fork stems have to match the specific fork and steering head geometry they were designed for, it's worth double-checking against what's actually on the bike before ordering. Give us a call if you're not sure which stem you need.
