Lower bearing
Lower fork bushing (97-0443, formerly H443) for Triumph telescopic front forks.
This is the lower fork bushing, listed in the parts books as 97-0443 and under its earlier number H443. It sits down in the telescopic front fork, on the sliding portion of the fork leg, and it's what keeps the fork tube and slider running true against each other as the forks compress and rebound.

This part shows up across a wide run of Triumph telescopic fork figures - 6T, TR6, T120, T90, T100 and 3TA/5TA variants are all listed with it, spanning catalog entries from 1960 into the mid-1970s. That's a lot of different fork assemblies sharing the same bushing, but which exact bike yours is depends on your fork internals, so check your parts book or give us a call if you're not sure.
Bushings like this wear over the years, especially if the fork oil hasn't been kept fresh or topped up, and a worn lower bushing is a common cause of sloppy or vague front end feel. If you're doing a fork rebuild, it's the kind of part worth checking and replacing while everything's apart rather than putting the forks back together and finding out later it was tired.
