Bottom fork nut that retains the lower bush and shuttle valve on 1968-1973 Triumph/BSA shuttle valve front forks.
This is the bottom fork nut used on the shuttle valve front forks fitted across the Triumph and BSA range from 1968 into the early 1970s. It retains the lower fork bush and shuttle valve assembly at the bottom of the fork slider, and it shows up in the catalogs under the TELESCOPIC FRONT FORK and SWINGING FORK, SUSPENSION UNITS AND CHAINGUARD sections. If your parts book was printed before the metric-numbering changeover you may know it as H2091 or WW27818 — same physical part.

Worth noting that Triumph changed the fork stanchion thread partway through 1968 production, so there are two different bottom fork nuts depending on which stanchion you have. Check your fork tube threads before ordering, since a mismatch here won't seat properly no matter how hard you try to make it work.
