This is the pivot bolt for the center stand on Triumph 650 twins and, in later years, the 350/500 twins as well. It's the fastener the stand pivots on where it hangs off the frame, and it's a wear item worth checking any time the stand feels sloppy or won't hold the bike up steady on uneven ground.
