WASHER,TAB CENTER STAND 1959-69 (Large bolt) 650 - till 1974 500
Tab washer for the center stand pivot bolt on large-bolt Triumph frames, locks the bolt from working loose.
This is the tab washer that locks the center stand pivot bolt in place on Triumph frames with the large bolt setup. The tab bites into the frame lug or bracket so the nut can't work loose as the stand pivots up and down every time the bike goes on and off its stand. It's a small part but it's the kind of thing that goes missing or gets bent flat and reused past its useful life, which is exactly when the pivot bolt starts backing out.

The catalog carries this washer across 650 twins and, further into its run, the smaller 500 twins as well, with appearances spanning the late '60s in our records. You'll also see it listed under the older F4484 and H383A style numbers, and as 97-0383A - all the same physical washer under different book numbers depending on which parts book you're holding.
If you're doing a center stand rebuild, it's worth replacing this tab washer along with the pivot bolt and plain washer rather than reusing a tired one - once the tab is chewed up it stops doing its job.
