CARBURETTOR, LEFT

Left-side Amal Mk II Concentric carburetor, as listed in the carburetor figure of the parts catalog.

PN · 60-7640

This is a left-side carburetor listed in the Amal Mk II Concentric carburetor figure. On a twin-carb setup the left and right carbs are separate part numbers because of how the float bowl and mounting hang off each side of the engine, and this is the left one.

Our catalog record for this number is a single line with a narrow year listing, so we don't have much more to go on beyond the figure it comes from. If you're sourcing this for a rebuild or a swap, have your bike or your old carb in hand to confirm you're matching up the correct side before you order.

Call the shop if you want us to check this against your specific application - with carbs, getting the left and right mixed up is an easy mistake to avoid with a quick double-check.
