Float bowl sealing washer for the Amal Mk II Concentric carburetor, PN 99-7087.
This is the float bowl washer for the Amal Mk II Concentric carburetor, part number 99-7087. It shows up in the parts-book figures for the T140E and T140D carb setups, right where the float bowl seals up against the carb body. It's a small sealing washer, the kind of part that's easy to overlook until you've got a fuel leak or a weep at the bowl joint.

The factory later renumbered this one to 2622070, so if you're cross-checking against a newer parts list or a different catalog, that's the same physical washer under a new number.
Given what it is, it's not a part most people replace on its own, it usually comes up when you're servicing the float bowl or chasing a leak. Worth keeping a spare on hand since it's such a small item to be without when you've got the carb apart.
