37-7001 is the left-hand rear wheel hub for the T140, as listed in the catalog for the 1975-78 span. This is the rear hub side, part of the two-piece disc-brake wheel setup rather than the front. It's one of the pair — the left side hub, paired on the wheel with the right-side hub numbers 37-7002 and 37-7062 — and is meant to be laced up with spokes to build a complete rear wheel.
