Grease retainer
A cap-style grease retainer that seats over the front wheel bearing to keep grease in and dirt out.
37-1481 is a grease retainer that lives in the front wheel hub, sitting over the bearing to keep grease where it belongs and dirt and water out. Triumph's parts books show it across the front wheel figures for the 6T and T120 as well as the T100R, so it's a hub part common to a range of front drum wheel assemblies.

This is a small, simple cap-style piece, easy to overlook during a wheel bearing service but worth checking each time the hub is apart. If it's dented, cracked, or the fit against the bearing has gone loose, it stops doing its job and lets grime work into the bearing race.
You'll sometimes see this part number written as W1481 in older references — same physical piece. Given the years and figures it turns up in, it's worth having on hand any time you're servicing a front drum hub, but confirm against your own parts book before ordering since front wheel hardware varies across the model range.
