Throttle needle

This is the throttle needle out of an Amal carburetor, listed in the CARBURETTER figure. The needle rides in the throttle slide and sets the fuel mixture as you roll the throttle open, working against the needle jet down in the mixing chamber. It's a small part but it has a direct hand in how the bike pulls off idle and through the midrange.
