Needle jet, size .106"

Amal needle jet sized .106 inch for the carburetor's midrange fuel metering.

PN · 19-3130 / 622/079

This is an Amal needle jet, sized at .106 inch, out of the CARBURETTER figure. The needle jet is the small brass-colored fitting inside the carb body that the taper needle rides in — together with the needle they meter fuel through the mid-range of the throttle, working alongside the main jet and pilot jet to shape how the engine pulls as you roll the throttle open.

If you're chasing a flat spot or a rich/lean stumble off idle into the midrange, the needle jet is one of the first things worth checking for wear — the bore opens up over years of use and changes the metering even if the stamped size is right. Ours carries the size .106 inch as listed in the catalog.

The catalog record doesn't tie this to a specific model, so before you order, check it against the carb body you've got or give the shop a call and we'll help confirm fitment.
