This is the cold start lever and bracket assembly for the left-hand Amal Mk II Concentric carburetor, as fitted in the T140E carburetor setup shown in the parts books. It's the choke lever arrangement that bolts to the carb body, giving you a way to work the cold start (choke) slide on that carburetor without pulling the whole thing apart.
