Centre stay
A centre stay bracket for the rear fender and tail lamp assembly.

This is a centre stay, the small support bracket that ties into the fender and tail lamp assembly. Its job is to brace the rear fender area so it doesn't flex or crack under vibration, giving the tail lamp and the fender itself a steady mounting point.
