This is a fork gaiter set for pre-unit Triumph front forks, the large-pleat style. The gaiters are the rubber boots that slide over the fork legs to keep road grime and water off the sliders and stanchions, and they're what give a pre-unit Triumph front end that classic ribbed look instead of the bare chrome tubes you see on later models.
