This is a footrest rubber set for Triumph models from 1971 on, made by EMGO. It's the rubber piece that slips over the footrest peg, giving the rider's boot some grip and taking some of the buzz out of the peg itself. Bare metal footrest pegs will wear a boot sole and rattle your foot right off, so this is the part that fixes both.
