This is the inlet manifold listed for the 3TA in the Triumph parts books, sitting between the carburetor and the cylinder head where it directs the fuel/air mixture into the engine. It shows up in the parts book under the same figure as the oil pump and release valve, which is just how that section of the book is laid out rather than any mechanical link between those parts.
