3855/814 'O' ring

O-ring seal for the Triumph hydraulic brake master cylinder reservoir body, PN 60-4374.

PN · 60-4374

This is the O-ring that seals the master cylinder reservoir body on Triumph hydraulic brake setups, part number 60-4374, listed in the catalog under the 3855/814 O-ring designation. It shows up in both the front brake and rear brake sections of the parts books, which tells you the same seal was used on both hydraulic reservoirs once the rear brake also went to disc/hydraulic operation. Catalog records for this one run from 1976 into 1983.

It's a small part but it's the thing standing between your reservoir cap or body joint and a fluid leak, so if you're rebuilding a master cylinder or you've noticed seepage at the reservoir, this is worth replacing while you're in there. The old rubber gets hard and loses its seal over the years, and once that happens no amount of tightening the cap will fix it.

Also listed under the alternate number 9262K794. Give us a call if you want to confirm which reservoir on your bike takes this one before you order.
