Adaptor, short
Short clutch cable adaptor (split spacer/ferrule) for the gearbox outer cover, also cataloged as 57-1645, T1645, and T2062.
This is the short clutch cable adaptor, also called a split spacer or ferrule, that sits at the gearbox end of the clutch cable where it meets the outer cover. It shows up in the parts book under GEARBOX OUTER COVER AND LEVERS, and its job is to take up the extra length in the cable run so the inner wire seats correctly against the abutment on the cover.
