This is the driven scavenge gear inside the oil pump, part number 41-0605, also listed as 41-605 in older parts books. It shows up in the oil pump and gearbox sprocket area of the catalog, and turns as part of the scavenge side of the pump that pulls oil back out of the crankcase and returns it to the tank.
