This is a rear wheel axle adjuster listed for the T150, Triumph's 750cc triple. Axle adjusters like this one thread onto the rear axle at the swingarm end and give you the means to pull the wheel back evenly on both sides when you're setting chain tension, keeping the wheel tracking straight in the swingarm slots.
