This is the right-hand rear axle spacer for the T150 Trident, part number 37-3976. It's a small sleeve that fits over the rear axle on the right side of the wheel, setting the spacing between the hub and the fork end so the wheel sits centered and the axle draws up tight when you torque the nut.
