Brake cam lever (front)
Front brake cam lever for the drum front brake setup, pulls the cam to spread the shoes when the brake lever is applied.
37-3453 is the front brake cam lever, the arm that pivots on the brake plate spindle and pulls the cam to spread the shoes when you squeeze the front brake lever at the bar. It's a small but essential link in the cable-and-drum front brake setup used on these bikes - no fluid, no caliper, just cable pull and mechanical leverage against the cam.

This one shows up across a handful of front wheel figures in the catalog, including entries specific to T100T, T100R, T100C, T100S, and T90, so it's a part that got carried across several of the smaller unit twins over the years. The older book alias for this same lever is W3453, so if you're working from an early parts list and see that number, it's the same physical part as 37-3453.
If your lever is worn at the cable attachment point, bent, or the splines where it meets the cam are sloppy, the brake won't apply evenly no matter how good the shoes are. Worth checking against your own front wheel figure before ordering, since there's a late-type variant listed separately in the catalog.
