STUD-ROCKER BOX 1/4 x 20/28
Rocker box stud, 1/4 x 20/28 thread, secures the rocker box down onto the cylinder head.
This is the stud that holds a rocker box down onto the cylinder head, 14-1401, threaded 1/4 x 20/28. One end is coarser to bite into the head, the other end is the finer thread that the rocker box nuts run down onto. It's a small part but an important one — it's what keeps the rocker box sealed against the head and keeps the whole valve gear assembly clamped down tight.

This stud shows up across a long run of parts-book listings for cylinder head and rocker box assemblies, including TR6R, TR6C, T120R, T140V, and T140E figures, so it's a common item on the counter for unit-construction twin top ends. It's a small-dollar item, worth having a set on hand when you're doing head work rather than finding out mid-job that one's stripped or corroded.
Worth checking your existing studs for thread damage or corrosion before reusing them — pulling a head is a good time to replace any that look rough, since they're cheap insurance against a stripped thread later.
