OIL BYPASS CAP
The oil bypass cap that seals the oil pressure relief valve housing on the engine's bottom end.
70-4192 is the oil bypass cap, part of the oil pump and release valve and manifold assembly on the engine's bottom end. It caps off the oil pressure relief valve housing, the part that bleeds off excess oil pressure once the system builds past what the engine needs.
