PRESSURE RELEASE BODY
Housing for the oil release valve in the engine's oil pump and pressure relief circuit.
The 70-2794 pressure release body is the housing for the oil release valve, the part that sets how much pressure the oil pump feeds into the system before the excess is bled back off. It shows up across several of the engine bottom-end figures in the catalog, including OIL PUMP, RELEASE VALVE AND INLET MANIFOLD and CRANKCASE, so it's tied into the oiling circuit right where the pump, manifold, and valve all come together. The legacy alias E2794 is the older part-number form for the same physical piece.

Catalog appearances put this part in the mid-to-late 1960s range, and it turns up in more than one figure layout, which tells us the release valve arrangement got drawn a few different ways in the parts books over that stretch even though the body itself stayed the same casting.
If you're rebuilding the oil pump and release valve assembly, it's worth checking this body for wear or scoring where the valve seats, since that's what keeps your pressure relief working the way it should. Call the shop if you're not sure which figure matches what's on your engine.
