This is the lower air (choke) cable on the T140V twin, running from the junction box down to the carburetor. It's the short run in the choke linkage, carrying the choke slide movement from the junction box out to the carb body itself. Catalog records show it in the control cables section for the T140V line through the mid-to-late '70s.

The junction box splits a single handlebar-mounted choke lever pull into two lower cables, one per carburetor, and this part number is one half of that pair. If you're chasing a sticky or unreliable choke on a twin-carb 750, check both lower cables along with the upper run back to the junction box.
