Air cable, lever to junction box (T140V) UNIVERSAL
Air control cable running from the handlebar lever to the junction box, listed for the T140V.
This is the air cable that runs from the handlebar lever down to the junction box, part number 60-4127, listed for the T140V. It's the control cable that lets you work the air slide on the carburetor from the bars rather than reaching down to the carb itself.

On these bikes the air control lever up top connects through a cable to a junction box that then splits or routes the pull down to the carburetor air slide. If this cable frays, stretches, or the outer casing splits, you'll lose the ability to choke or richen the mixture from the handlebar, which makes cold starts a hassle.
Our catalog record ties this one to the T140V across a couple of appearances in the mid-1970s. If you're not sure your bike takes this exact cable, give us a call and we'll confirm fitment before you order.
