Air Control Cable Complete (T140V) Universal
Complete air control cable assembly for the T140V, running from the handlebar lever to the carburetor air slide.
This is the air control cable assembly for the T140V, the cable that runs from the handlebar lever back to the air slide (choke/air valve) on the carburetor. It's listed complete, meaning the outer casing and inner wire come as one ready-to-fit unit rather than separate pieces.

On these carburetors the air control lever on the bars works a slide that lets in extra air for cold starting and adjusting the mixture on the fly, and this cable is what connects lever to slide. If the cable is worn out, frayed, or the outer casing has cracked, the lever will feel slack or stick, and the air slide may not move the way it should.
Our catalog record ties this one specifically to the T140V. If you're not sure your bike takes this cable versus a different length or routing, give us a call before ordering so we can confirm fitment.
