BATTERY HOLD DOWN STRAP
A battery hold-down strap that secures the battery in its carrier.
This is the strap that holds the battery down in its carrier, keeping it from bouncing around under the seat while you ride. It shows up in the parts book under the BATTERY CARRIER AND AIR FILTER figure, so it lives right alongside the air filter housing in that same corner of the bike.

Older parts books list this one as G32D or F4661 before it settled into the 82-4661 number you'll find it under today. It's a small, plain piece of hardware, but a tired or stretched strap will let the battery shift around, so it's worth a look if yours feels loose or brittle.
