EXHAUST VALVE T150 EARLY

Exhaust valve for the early Triumph T150 Trident three-cylinder engine.

PN · 70-6423
Available in 3 versions:

This is the exhaust valve for the early T150 Trident, one of the three-cylinder engines Triumph built alongside BSA's A75 Rocket 3. The catalog lists this as the early version of the exhaust valve for that triple, distinct from later valve part numbers used as the engine evolved through production.

The exhaust valve sits in the head, opening to let spent combustion gases out through the exhaust port on each cylinder's power stroke. On a triple you're dealing with three of these per engine, and they take more heat and wear than the intake valves since they're handling the hot exhaust charge directly.

We don't have much more detail on file beyond the early T150 fitment noted in the catalog entry, so if you're not certain which valve generation your triple needs, give us a call before ordering and we'll help sort out early versus later applications.
