Camplate
The camplate inside the gearbox that translates gear-lever movement into fork movement to select gears, for the 5-speed unit.
The camplate is the part inside the gearbox that actually decides which gear you're in. As you move the gear pedal, the selector mechanism rotates this plate, and the cam tracks machined into it push the selector forks back and forth to slide the gears into engagement. It lives inside the gearbox inner cover area, right alongside the selector components that ride on it.

This one is listed under 57-4889 and shows up in the catalog record across gearbox inner cover and selector figures from the mid-1970s into the mid-1980s. Other catalog listings tie this camplate to a 5-speed gearbox setup, described as the later version of that camplate.
If a customer is chasing gear-selection trouble - missed shifts, gears popping out, or a pedal that doesn't feel right - the camplate and the selector mechanism around it are worth pulling and inspecting. Confirm which gearbox you've got before ordering since 4-speed and 5-speed internals aren't interchangeable.
