CLUTCH ROLLER 1/4 X 1/4
Small roller used in the clutch assembly on Triumph twins, part number 57-0394 (formerly T394).
This is the small clutch roller listed in the parts books as CLUTCH ROLLER 1/4 X 1/4, part number 57-0394, also shown under the older T394 designation. It shows up in the GEARBOX OUTER COVER and CLUTCH figures, and it's one of a set of rollers used in the clutch assembly to let the plates and hub work together smoothly.

These rollers see a lot of use and tend to wear as a group, so when one's had it the rest usually aren't far behind. The catalog shows this part appearing across a long production run, which tells you it's a basic wear item that stuck around in the parts books for a long time rather than something that changed much.
Worth checking the full roller set in your clutch when you're in there for other work, since replacing one at a time when they're all the same age doesn't make much sense. Give us a call if you're not sure how many your clutch takes.
