This is a front brake drum and hub assembly, catalog number 37-3702, also listed under the older W3702 form. It shows up in the FRONT WHEEL section of the parts book, which puts it right where you'd expect: the hub that carries the front wheel bearings and the drum surface the front brake shoes clamp down on.
