This is the fulcrum pin for the front brake, listed under 37-1639 (also seen as W1639 in older references). It shows up in the front wheel figures for 6T and T120 as well as TR6 and U.S.A. T120 models, which places it right at the front brake plate where the brake shoes pivot.
