INLET STUB NUT 1 5/16X 16
Inlet stub nut for the cylinder head/manifold joint on the T120R, listed as 21-1932 (formerly S1932).
This is the inlet stub nut, part number 21-1932, sold under the older S1932 form in earlier parts books. It shows up in the CYLINDER BLOCK AND HEAD figure for the T120R, where it does the job of holding the inlet manifold stub down to the head. It's a small, plain piece of hardware, but it's the kind of thing that walks off a workbench or gets tossed with an old gasket if you're not paying attention.

Given where it lives, on the head studs feeding the carburetor side of the motor, it's worth having a couple on hand any time you're pulling the manifold or doing head work. Nothing fancy about it, just the fastener that keeps that joint sealed up tight.
If your parts book lists it as S1932, that's the same nut as 21-1932 — just the earlier numbering style before Triumph moved to the current format.
