Carburetter complete
A complete Amal carburetor assembly, catalog number 19-2422 (also R.928/17), listed for 1971.
This is a complete carburetor, listed in the catalog under the Amal carburetor figures. The 19-2422 number (also shown as R.928/17 in the older reference form) covers the whole unit as assembled, not a component piece — so when you order this number you're getting the full carburetor body with its internals fitted, ready to bolt on rather than a rebuild kit.

Our record on this one is thin — it shows up once in the catalog, tied to 1971, and we don't have more detail on it beyond that. If you're trying to match this to a specific bike or engine, give us a call and we'll go through it with you before you order, since carburetor specs (venturi size, jetting, float chamber type) vary a lot across the Amal range and we don't want to guess and send you the wrong one.
If you already know your machine takes this carb number, it's a straightforward swap for a complete replacement rather than a rebuild — but confirm the number matches what's stamped on your existing unit first.
We've never carried this one. Tell us what you're after and we'll go looking — you'll get a price and photos before you commit to anything.
