Our catalog record shows this one in the electrical equipment plate, appearing across a couple of entries from 1969 to 1970. It doesn't spell out which specific switch it pairs with, so if you're chasing an exact match for a headlamp switch, kill switch, or similar, best to check the screw and hole it needs to clear before ordering.
It's a plain hardware piece, nothing exotic, but the dimensions given are specific enough that a generic washer from a hardware bin may not sit right. Worth having on hand if you're reassembling switch gear and want the correct thin washer under the screw head.
