This is an Amal carburetter body, listed in the catalog as the right and centre body for a multi-carb setup. It's the main casting that holds the slide, needle, and jet block together on one side of a bank of carbs, tied in with the throttle linkage that ties multiple carbs together on a triple or similar multi-carb engine.
