Gasket – float chamber
Amal float chamber gasket, PN 99-0514 / 622/073, seals the float bowl to the carburetor body.
This is the float chamber gasket for the Amal carburetor, part number 99-0514, also listed under 622/073. It seats between the float chamber body and the main carburetor casting to keep fuel contained where the float and needle valve do their work. If you're getting a damp patch under the carb or a fuel smell around the float bowl area, a tired or hardened gasket here is one of the usual suspects.

It shows up in the catalog under the T140V carburetor figure and the carburetor throttle linkage figure, with appearances spanning 1973 to 1977. It's a simple part to replace once the float chamber is off, and it's worth having on hand any time you're in there cleaning float needles or checking float height, since these gaskets don't take well to being reused after they've been compressed and heated for years.
If you're ordering, just confirm which Amal carb body you're running, since float chamber hardware can vary between carb variants even within the same general era.
