4/035 Throttle cable adjuster
Throttle cable adjuster for Amal Mk II Concentric carburetors, used to take up slack in the throttle cable at the carb top.
This is the throttle cable adjuster off an Amal Concentric carburetor, the piece the cable end and outer sheath thread into where they meet the carb top or slide. It gives you a way to take up slack in the throttle cable without pulling the carb apart or messing with the cable at the twistgrip end. In the parts books this one shows up specifically against the Mk II Concentric carburetors fitted on T140E and T140D machines.

On the bike it sits right at the top of the carburetor body, in line with the throttle slide, and it's a small but important adjustment point for keeping your throttle response correct and your idle from creeping up as the cable stretches over time.
The catalog record shows this part number equated to 4/035 elsewhere in the numbering, so if you see that number in an older book or another supplier's listing, it's the same physical piece. Appears across catalog entries spanning 1979 to 1985.
