This is the cold start jet listed for the T140E carburetor setup in the 1979 catalog entry. It's a small brass-bodied jet that lives inside the carb body and feeds extra fuel through the enrichment circuit when you pull the choke or cold-start lever, richening the mixture for a cold engine before things warm up and the main circuit takes over.
