Pilot jet 25
Pilot jet, size 25, for the Amal Mk II Concentric carburetor on T140E/T140D applications.
This is a pilot jet, size 25, for the Amal Mk II Concentric carburetor. It's a small brass fitting that screws into the carb body and meters fuel for the idle and low-throttle circuit, so it's what you're chasing if the bike won't idle clean or stumbles just off closed throttle.

The catalog places this jet in the T140E carburetor figures, specifically the T140E and T140D Mk II Concentric setup. If your bike runs a different jet size than 25, this one won't get you the same idle behavior, so check what's currently fitted before swapping.
These wear and clog more than they break, so if you're rebuilding a Mk II Concentric it's worth pulling the old one and looking at the numbers stamped on it before ordering a replacement.
