This is a fork cover, listed in our records as the version without a headlamp mount, for pre-unit Triumph front ends. Fork covers fit over the top of the front fork assembly to dress up the area where the fork legs meet the top yoke, and this variant is meant for setups where the headlamp is not carried on the fork cover itself.
