Handlebar eyebolt
The eyebolt that clamps the handlebar to the top of the telescopic front fork via the P-clip.
This is the eyebolt used at the top of the telescopic front fork to clamp the handlebars in place. It's part of the fork top yoke/handlebar mounting hardware, sitting under the P-clamp that holds the bar to the fork leg. The older parts book number for this one is H1523, which is the same physical part as 97-1523.

It shows up across the telescopic fork figures in our records, including fork listings for the 6T, TR6, T120, T100C, T100R, and TR6C, spanning catalog years from the mid to late 1960s. If you're chasing one down for a fork rebuild or to replace a stripped or rusted original, this is the part that goes with the P-clip to secure the handlebar clamp.
As always with fork top hardware, check what you're pulling off the bike against what you're ordering — clamp styles and eyebolt lengths can vary by fork type, so confirm fitment before you commit.
