A +0.002 in. oversize service valve guide for the cylinder head, part number 71-1229 (formerly E11229).
71-1229 is a service-size valve guide machined 0.002 in. over standard. It's an oversize replacement guide, meant for use when the original guide bore in the cylinder head has worn or been reamed out and needs a guide with a bit more material on the outside diameter to get a proper interference fit back in the head.

This one shows up in the cylinder head, barrel, and crankshaft section of the parts books, so it's a top-end piece, not anything to do with the bottom end despite where it's filed in our system. The older alias E11229 is just the earlier part numbering for the same guide.
