Timing plate screw (4BA x 5/8 in.)
A 4BA x 5/8 in. screw that secures the timing plate on the timing cover and contact breaker assembly.
This is the small screw that holds the timing plate in place, part of the timing cover and contact breaker assembly on the engine. It's a 4BA thread, 5/8 in. long, the size Triumph called for on this fastener across catalog listings from 1969 through 1974.

It's a plain, simple item, but it's the kind of small hardware that walks off or strips out over the years, and having the right thread and length on hand saves you from forcing something that doesn't belong there. The 71-0007 number and its older 71-07 form point to the same physical screw.
If you're rebuilding the timing cover or setting up the contact breaker, it's worth having a few of these on the bench rather than reusing a worn one.
