Scavenge pump driving gear from the crankcase area of the engine, PN 70-8096.

This is the driving gear for the oil scavenge pump, listed in the crankcase section of the parts books under PN 70-8096 (also shown as E8096 in older references). It's a gear-train piece that's part of turning the scavenge side of the oil pump, which pulls oil back out of the crankcase and returns it to the tank.
