Silencer clip
The clamp that secures the muffler to the exhaust pipe on Triumph twins, listed across exhaust-pipe-and-silencer figures from the mid-60s into the mid-80s.

This is the clip that clamps the muffler onto the exhaust pipe, keeping the two joined up tight where they slip together at the rear of the bike. It shows up across a long run of catalog years and figures, from TR6C and T100C exhaust setups through the later T140V and TR7RV oil-in-frame twins, so Triumph used this same clip design across a wide stretch of the exhaust program. The alias forms 70-5874B and E5874 are the same physical clip under different catalog numbering.
