70-5351 is a carburetter adaptor for the left side of the engine, listed in the parts book under the CYLINDER BLOCK AND HEAD figure for the T120R. It's the piece that sits between the cylinder head and the carburetor, carrying the intake tract on that side of the motor. The older parts book number for this same piece is E5351, so if you're working from an early manual and see that stamped or listed, it's the same part.

Because it's called out specifically as the left-side adaptor, don't swap it with its opposite number - the two sides aren't the same casting even though they do the same job.
