This is the adaptor locking nut that holds the inlet manifold adaptor to the cylinder head on the T120 and T120R. It shows up in the CYLINDER BLOCK AND HEAD figures for those models, so it lives right where the carburetor stub meets the head, keeping that joint drawn up tight against vibration and intake vacuum.
